So first of all you have to login to your Facebook account.Now go to Facebook On the home page

type in the search bar "Online Now" . You will get many apps but you have to click on the first link.

Now you will be redirected to a Facebook allowance page and click on the blue "allow" button.

You will get the app and start using it. You will know who is online on Facebook who is not in your friends list.

    You can only see that information about someone in your friends list. You can use the message system with someone not in your friend's list, but chances are that your first message will go to their "other" folder and not to their inbox.

      like how long does it take for facebook to unblock me without the person who blocked me, unblocks me by themself. Facebook does it automatically by itself.

      If a person has blocked you from seeing their page, you stay blocked until that person chooses to unblock you, if ever. You are confusing that with Facebook ... See More

    just go to his/her profile and see the status that he updated.see the time when he updated that post.if it's just now or some minute ago u can understand that he is now in online.

      That doesn't mean he's online at all. He could have just posted a quick status from a phone. Also, if they're not your friend, a lot of time you can't see statuses. And please don't post "add me's" here in the help area. It can get you blocked for spamming.
